Stay Strong All Season Long

Did you know that taking time off from training can lead to a loss in muscle mass and force production? This loss of strength & force will lead to a decrease in performance your sport.

Far too often, we have athletes who train with us for a season, and then take time off for their sports season. This is not only detrimental to their performance, but also increases their injury risk. Therefore, we decided to create an affordable option that gives athletes the ability to continue training during their season.

Training options:

Pay weekly online, pay monthly, or pay for 1st half of winter & then 2nd half.

Private Training

  • November 3rd – Feb. 27th
  • Training options include:
    • 1x/week – $70/week group total
    • 2x/week – $140/week group total
  • Available for up to 2 athletes

Small Group Training

  • November 3rd – Feb. 27th
  • Training options include:
    • 1x/week – $100/week group total (As low as $20 per athlete)
    • 2x/week – $200/week group total
    • Available for up to 5 athletes

Why is in-Season Training Important?

  • Training residuals are an athletes’ ability to maintain certain training qualities.
  • For example, max speed is a quality that only lasts around 5 days. If athletes neglect sprinting for more than 5 days, they might see a drop off in their speed.
  • Younger athletes with less training experience actually keep certain training qualities for shorter periods of time than even the chart shows.
  • Often times, athletes train very hard in the off-season just to stop prior to their sports season. This means they will lose many of the trained qualities early in their season that they worked so hard to gain in the first place. This results in decreased speed, strength, and power. Don’t do this to yourself!
