Private Training

  • Private sessions are available for up to two athletes.
  • Each session is 55 minutes long and tailored to the athlete’s specific goals, as discussed during the initial consultation.
  • Focus areas can include speed, power, strength, and more.

2025 spring program

1x/week

Perfect for in-season athletes! Maintain your strength, speed, and power while learning techniques to train smarter. Stay sharp and ready to dominate the field.

  • 1x/week from March 17th – May 30th
  • 11 total private sessions 
  •  $770 Total (SAVE $55)

2x/week

Step up your game! With two sessions per week, you’ll improve your strength, speed, and power, while laying the foundation for long-term success.

Take your performance to the next level with three weekly sessions. Ideal for off-season athletes looking to maximize gains in strength, speed, and explosiveness.

FAQ’s

What is the difference between private and small group training?

Our private training is available for 1-2 athletes, and our small group training is available for 3-5 athletes.

At what age should my child start training?

There is no “perfect” age. We take into account a number of factors including physical and mental maturity, athletic ability, goals, and training experience when determining what type of program would be appropriate.

Would you recommend training during the season?

Yes, continuing to train in-season is essential. Training residuals, or the ability to maintain specific qualities like speed and strength, fade quickly without regular reinforcement. For example, max speed diminishes after about 5 days if not trained. Younger athletes lose these qualities even faster. Athletes who stop training during the season often see their hard-earned off-season progress decline, making consistent in-season training crucial for maintaining peak performance.

How do I Schedule Times After Signing Up?

After we receive your sign-up notification, we'll reach out to you to help arrange the scheduling of your sessions.

What if we need to reschedule?

We allow one rescheduled session with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional reschedules may be granted in cases of illness or if a sporting event's time is changed and conflicts with your training session.

How does group payment work?

You have the option to have one person pay for the entire group, or each group member can pay their individual price.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and other forms of payment, including card and Venmo. Please note that a processing fee will be added to your total price for payments made via card or Venmo.
