Our basketball-focused sessions are designed to develop a wide range of fundamental and advanced skills. Athletes will work on shooting form, ball-handling, rebounding, and more, while also honing their offensive and defensive techniques. Whether it’s improving court awareness, refining footwork, or mastering game-specific moves, these sessions provide a comprehensive approach to basketball training.
We also offer the flexibility to tailor sessions to meet the unique goals of each athlete. For example, players can dedicate part of their session to basketball skills development, such as shooting and ball-handling, and the other half to strength training or speed and agility work. This personalized approach ensures that each athlete receives the training they need to excel on the court, both physically and technically.
After signing up, we will schedule out sessions prior to each month to make sure that you get the time slot that works best for you.
How to get started
Getting started with our training is simple and flexible to accommodate your needs. We offer a range of options, including one-time sessions, 10-session packages, and seasonal packages, so you can choose what works best for your schedule and goals.
If you’re new to training with us, we recommend signing up for an initial consultation. This session allows us to assess your current level, discuss your goals, and tailor a plan that suits your needs. If you’re already familiar with our training, you can sign up directly for one of our current seasonal packages below.

Meet our basketball skills trainer:
Noah Ross
Noah Ross brings an expanse of knowledge that he acquired through his years of playing & coaching basketball. Noah comes to us from Wadena, MN, where he is the all-time leading scorer. He then obtained his Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology and undergraduate degree in Biology from the College of St. Scholastica. During his time at St. Scholastica, he played on the Men’s Basketball team for three years as a shooting guard. He has since coached at the high school & youth levels. Noah prides himself on hard work and creating a fun and enjoyable environment for athletes. Through his experience, he is able to relate and understand the perspective as a player and a coach. His main goal is to push athletes to reach their full potential on and off the playing surface.
