Our soccer-focused training sessions are designed to develop a wide range of key skills essential for success on the field. Sessions focus on the following areas:
- Passing: Mastering short, long, and through passes to improve accuracy and decision-making.
- Dribbling: Enhancing ball control, agility, and maneuvering under pressure.
- Ball Control: Improving touch and possession to maintain control in tight spaces.
- First Touch: Developing the ability to control the ball efficiently and quickly in all situations.
- Small-Sided Games: Using small-sided drills and games to enhance tactical awareness, teamwork, and decision-making in game-like scenarios.
We understand that each athlete has unique goals, which is why our soccer sessions can be fully customized to meet their specific needs. Whether it’s refining technique or increasing performance in other areas, we provide flexible options:
- Athletes can spend part of their session focused on soccer skills, while dedicating the other portion to off-field training such as weight lifting, speed work, or conditioning.
- We can design programs to enhance specific aspects of the game, such as improving endurance, power, or agility, ensuring that players develop both their on-field abilities and overall athleticism.
Whether you’re looking to improve technical skills, build physical strength, or increase speed, our tailored soccer training ensures that every session supports the player’s long-term development.
How to get started
Getting started with our training is simple and flexible to accommodate your needs. We offer a range of options, including one-time sessions, 10-session packages, and seasonal packages, so you can choose what works best for your schedule and goals.
If you’re new to training with us, we recommend signing up for an initial consultation. This session allows us to assess your current level, discuss your goals, and tailor a plan that suits your needs. If you’re already familiar with our training, you can sign up directly for one of our current seasonal packages below.

Meet our soccer skills trainer:
Hailey Larson
Hailey Larson brings a wealth of experience from her playing and coaching career. Growing up, Hailey played soccer at the highest level in the Midwest, further honing her skills through international competition with PFC Academy in Spain and Portugal. She also played collegiate soccer at Gustavus Adolphus College.
Hailey began coaching in high school and has since worked with athletes of all ages. She holds a Master’s degree in Child Development, which enhances her ability to connect with athletes and foster both their physical and mental growth. With extensive experience in personal training, Hailey combines her soccer knowledge with fitness principles to provide a comprehensive approach to athlete development.
