Youth athletic development

Phase 1 – The Foundation 

June 9th – July 31st Mondays & Wednesdays 1pm-1:45pm (OFF July 4th Week)

Available for ages 7-10 (12 spots available) 6 Weeks (12 Total Sessions)

$190 for the summer + each athlete will receive a free Nekton T-shirt! 

  • Foundational Movement Skills: Building coordination, balance, agility, and body control through age-appropriate drills
  • Strength Through Play & Movement: Developing athletic movements and skills through games and activities 
  • Motor Skill Development: Enhancing reaction time, rhythm, timing, spatial awareness, and other fundamental motor skills for confident movement in any sport
  • Built for the Long-Term: Laying down the physical and mental groundwork that leads to future success in sports and life, while emphasizing healthy habits and wellbeing
