Phase 2 – Intro to Strength Training: Building the Right Way

June 9th – July 31st Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30am-12:30pm (OFF July 4th Week)

Available for ages 11-14 (12 spots available) 6 Weeks (12 Total Sessions)

$220 for the summer + each athlete will receive a free Nekton T-shirt

  • Foundations of Proper Lifting Mechanics: Teaching safe, age-appropriate technique for squats, lunges, hinges, presses, pulls, and more
  • Healthy, Long-Term Athletic Development: Lifting that supports long-term athletic development considerations to maximize athletic potential down the road
  • Movement Before Mass: Emphasizing movement quality, posture, and control before heavy weights 
  • Training Smarter, Not Just Harder: Educating young athletes on how to train with intention—understanding sets, reps, rest, and effort.
