2024 Fall dance program

HS Danceline PROGRAM

We are excited to be offering a fall Danceline training program after a fantastic 2024 summer. If this training schedule does not work for you due to a fall sport, consider doing private or small group training with us! We offer flexible options to make sure that you are able to get in & prepare your body for the intense dance season! 

Training Schedule:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:15pm-5:15pm
  • August 26th  – October 17th (8 total weeks)
  • $280
  • 1 hour training sessions
  • Athletes will be taught proper weightlifting mechanics to ensure the safety of the dancers.
  • Programming based on dancers needs such as lumbo-pelvic control, foot/ankle stiffness, single leg strength, flexibility, and overall explosiveness for jumps.  
  • Additionally, all the girls will be taught Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) to ensure proper movement & breathing patterns to decrease risk of injury.
