Small group training

We offer 1-time sessions, seasonal packages, and customizable packages to fit your needs (See below for current season package). Available to athletes of any sport or age. 

  • Our small group training is available for 3-5 athletes
  • Training sessions will be tailored towards group goals that we discuss during our initial evaluation.
    • For example, we can spend time working in synthetic ice rink for skill development for half a session, and the other half doing speed training. 
  • All sessions are 55 minutes long
