Stay strong All season long
Did you know that taking time off from training can lead to a loss in muscle mass and force production which can lead to a decease in performance in your sports. We often have athletes that train with us during their sports off-season, and then stop during their sports season. We wanted to create an affordable option that gives athletes the ability to continue training in season.
Pay weekly or monthly for 1x or 2x per week training from November-March
Private Training & Small Group options include:
1x/week package:
- November 4th – March 6th
- $65/week private group total
- $95/week small group total
2x/week package:
- November 4th – March 6th
- $130/week private group total
- $190/week small group total (as low as $38 per athlete! )
After signing up, we will schedule out sessions prior to each month to make sure that you get the time slot that works best for you.
Why is in-season training important?
A look into Training Residuals:
- Training Residuals are an athletes’ ability to maintain certain training qualities
- For example: Max speed is a quality that only lasts around 5 days. If athletes neglect doing maximum velocity sprints weekly they will see a drop off in their speed
- Younger athletes with less training experience keep certain training qualities for even shorter times than the chart shows
- Often athletes train very hard in the off-season, just to stop training prior to their sport season. This means they will lose many of the qualities early in their season, that they have worked so hard to gain
