Enhancing athletes

Our cutting edge technique focuses on a bottom up approach to make sure we can help athletes reach their highest potential. We offer a variety of seasonal programs throughout the year, as well as individual sessions & 10 session packages. We offer private training (1-2 athletes), small group training (3-5 athletes), and team training for athletes of any age & sport. After discussing initial goals with the athletes, we will do a movement analysis to come up with an individualized plan to make sure we optimize performance. Our approach is unique because we take in account the brains role in all athletic movement. We understand the value of training the sensory system, while still valuing the main aspects of sport: speed, strength, and power.

Throughout the Program Athletes will have Access to:
  • RPR to help correct compensation patterns and decrease injury risk
  • Recovery tools such as Red Light Therapy and Normatic Pulse Recovery System
  • Nutritional Advice to optimize athletic potential
  • Postural Assessment which looks at primitive reflexes and eye convergence, in addition to foot posture 
  • SQUARE 1 System to target dysfunctions/causes of pain to optimize athletic performance by moving better & feeling better
