No, an evaluation is not needed prior to starting with us.
We have groups for as young as three year olds all the way through professional athletes. If you're not sure if your child is a fit, just reach out!
Depends on what you will be doing with us. If you are doing hockey performance, you will need skates, gloves, stick, and a helmet. However, most athletes will just need athletic clothing & shoes.
Interested in giving us a try? We do offer one time sessions, as well as a drop in option for our performance classes.
