2026 summer programs

“Run the race!”

Summer is a time for growth, challenge, and transformation, and at Nekton Sports Performance, we’re ready to help athletes take their game to the next level. This season, we’re bringing the energy, the intensity, and the opportunity for athletes to push their limits, build strength, and sharpen their skills.

This summer at Nekton Sports Performance, our theme “Run the Race” is inspired by Hebrews 12:1, reminding us to run with endurance the race set before us. Throughout the summer, athletes will train with purpose—building strength, speed, and resilience—while also learning from the lives of heroes of the faith who ran their race faithfully. By connecting lessons from Scripture with the discipline of training, we aim to challenge athletes to pursue excellence, perseverance, and character both in sport and in life.

Below, you’ll find a breakdown of our summer training programs, each designed to maximize performance, build explosive power, and prepare athletes to dominate their sport. Whether you’re an elite competitor or looking to elevate your abilities, this is your summer to train, grow, and Run the Race.

Audrey Peterson

I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where I compete as a libero on the volleyball team while pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. I am a graduate of Glencoe-Silver Lake High School, where I participated in volleyball, basketball, and softball, and trained at Nekton throughout my high school career. During my time at Nekton, I aim to expand my knowledge in sports performance by helping athletes improve each day while also developing my leadership skills, building meaningful relationships, and serving others. l am eager to learn and grow in ways that will deepen my understanding of athletic performance. Outside of athletics and academics, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.
