Our spring program is an 8 week program designed to get the most out of training. We begin by evaluating your goals, injury history, & training experience to create a customized 8 week plan to optimize your abilities. We utilize technology from various collegiate programs & pro teams across the world to track progress, and ensure you are on the correct path to maximizing your potential. Athletes will also receive access to RPR, SQUARE 1 System, Senaptic Strobe glasses for vision training, and our Normatec leg recovery device. 

Private Training & Small Group options include:

2x/week package: 

  • April 1st – May 24th
  • 16 Total Sessions
  • $1,050 private group total 
  • $1,520  small group total 

3x/week package:

  • April 1st – May 24th
  • 24 Total Sessions
  • $1,575 private group total 
  • $2,280 small group total 

Payments may be made in full or split in half 

After signing up, we will schedule out sessions prior to each month to make sure that you get the time slot that works best for you.
