2024 summer swimming Strength program

We are excited to be offering a swimming strength training program! 

  • 12 spots available (2024 8th-12th grade) 
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30 am-12:30 pm
  • June 10 – August 9 (No training July 4th week)
  • $280
*Athletes will need to bring athletic shoes, and dress appropriately for training
  • 1 hour training sessions
  • Athletes will learn proper lifting mechanics to ensure their safety.
  • Program will be focused on increasing overall strength & explosiveness.
  • Additionally, athletes will focus on shoulder health, thoracic mobility, and proper recovery methods to help become more injury resilient against the physical demands of swimming.
